TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By David Nyangweso Ominde, of P.O. Box 56, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rioba Nyaoko Ominde, who died at Riosugo, on 10th November, 1994. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Henry Mogire Ongeri, of P.O. Box 288–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yobentina Kwamboka Ongeri, who died at Mongoni Sub-location, on 19th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
