TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Robinson Otundo Ombati, of P.O. Box 650–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ombati Misiani, who died at Nyakongo Sub- location, on 5th February, 1985. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By David Samarere Nyagaka, of P.O. Box 313–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nyagaka Samarere, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
