TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By Kennedy Otieno Knot, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Not Weke, who died on 31st August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024 By Ruth Mary Alphao, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Otieno Ajwang, who died on 23rd June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2024 By (1) Jack Ochieng Rangwa and (2) Okinyi Aloice Okoth, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Anyango Okoth, who died on 20th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
