TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2023 By Boniface Ouko Ogeng’o, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Okweny alias Ogeng’o Ofweny, who died on 11th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2024 By Geoffrey Omondi Andango, of P.O. Box 60–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Wariero Rawago alias Wariero Warago, who died on 20th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
