Box 437–40222, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Deya, who died at Kotieno Kochich, on 8th June, 2000. CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2024 By Johnson Onyango, of P.O. Box 511–40222, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Laji, who died at Kakelo Kamroth, on 3rd August, 1980. CAUSE NO. E421 OF 2024 By Janet Adhiambo Oburu, of P.O. Box 25, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oburu Ogonda alias Peter Henry Oburu, who died at Kobala, on 28th August, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
