TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E15 OF 2024 By Mary Khainza Okisai, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Peter Okisai alias Simon Imulia Okisai, who died at Schweizerischen, Switzerland, on 1st February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By Michael Dennis Oguti, of P.O. Box 255, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paskalia Amachilang Irokan, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
