CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By Wilson Lucas Ambasa, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Ambasa Mutanyi, who died at Givole Sub-location, on 10th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2024 By Michael Gikuyu John, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ajoni Minodi alias Ajohn Minodi, who died at Mawetatu, on 2nd June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2024 By John Adenyi Ondigo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ainea Ondigo Adenyi alias Aineya Ondiko Adenyi, who died at Kitagwa Sub-location, on 15th August, 2015.
