TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9th August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By Jane Wangithi Mutugi, of P.O. Box 35, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutugi Mugo, who died at Baragwi Nursing Home, on 17th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Victoria Wanjiku Mathani, of P.O. Box 4, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Celina Gatitu Fausto alias Celina Gatitu Faustino, who died at Oll Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
