TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E59 OF 2024 By (1) Mwaringa Ngowa Saro and (2) Nyevu Ngowa Saro, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngowa Saro, who died at Ezamoyo, on 17th July, 1989. CAUSE NO E60 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Karisa Shuhuli and (2) Julius Bob Kimbeja, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shuhuli Kirenje Bemagombe, who died at Kijipwa on 2nd February, 2008. CAUSE NO E68 OF 2024 By (1) Kanze Murima Charo and (2) Mwanyamba Mwanje Chapa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanje Chapa Kiti, who died at Ngerenya, on 14th June, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
