E3 OF 2024 By Ray Kalongo Nyae, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalongo Nyae Kalongo alias Kalongo Nyae Benyae, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 13th April, 1991. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Sammy Kavutsu Akilimali, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Jacobs Akilimali, who died at Kisutini, Mwele, on 13th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Sammy Kavutsu Akilimali, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Livingstone Juma Akilimali alias Fredrick Juma Akilimali, who died at Jocham Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
