TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Pius Kipkosgei Letebo and (2) Elizabeth Letebo, both of P.O. Box 247–30700, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Letebo arap Simotwo, who died at Sergoit Sub- location, on 1st February, 1970. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Richard Kipchumba Chemweno, of P.O. Box 1–30705, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemweno Cheserek, who died at Sinon, on 10th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Robert Kipkorir Chelimo, of P.O. Box 242–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptum arap Barsengech, who died at Kapchemutwa, on 1st January, 1990. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By (1) Teriki Cheboi, (2) Teriki Chelimo Juliana and (3) Teriki Kisang, all of P.O. Box 111, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Kabon Kimunei, who died at Kaptumbo, on 26th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
