TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By John Kipkosgei Abdala, of P.O. Box 1–30705, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pangani Bin Makami, who died at Kapsowar, on 18th May, 1977. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Stephen Kipkosgei Dixon, of P.O. Box 130, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dixon Francis Retenge alias Dixon Retenge, who died at Kabelio, on 15th August, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
