TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024 By Everlyne Atieno Onyango, of P.O. Box 22–40611, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carilus Gordon Mitto alias Carilus Gordon Mito, who died on 6th September, 2006. CAUSE NO E88 OF 2024 By Joseph Odhiambo Owuor, a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abongo Nyaoke, who died at Buoye Sub- location, on 11th November, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
