TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E026 OF 2024 By Maurice Lusweti Wekuke, of P.O. Box 100 Kamukuywa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Wekuke Situma, who died at Kamukuywa, on 5th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. E037 OF 2024 By (1) Solomon Wafula Wandah (2) Laura Wafula and (3) Daniel Mulongo Wambaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Wandah alias Jonathan Wanda, who died at Kamusinga, on 14th April, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
