TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Lucy Wamuyu Runyora, of P.O. Box 20–20231, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Kanini Ngatia, who died at Melwa, on 17th August, 2021. 9th August, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By Ruth Wanjiru Ngugi, of P.O. Box 11, Kipkelion in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Ngugi Njuguna, who died at Kipkerion North, Kericho, on 9th February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
