TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 61 OF 2019 By (1) Kahonzi Shilingi Lewa, (2) Lewa Shilingi Lewa and (3) Peter Moyesi Shilingi, of P.O. Box 27, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shilingi Lewa Katenge, who died on 8th January, 2007. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2024 By (1) Safari Nzai Kombe and (2) Thabu Kitsao Kahindi, the deceased’s son and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda Nzai Kombe, who died at Bofa, Kilifi, on 15th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
