TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By Haiguda Godana Kiribai, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hadiwa Bashora Gutha, who died on 20th November, 1996. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024 By (1) Mabebe Kadungo Chuye and (2) Changawa Masha Chuye, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadunge Chuye alias Kadungo Chuye Nyule, who died on 29th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
