TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2023 By (1) Isaac Mokaya Onyari and (2) Evans Ondieki Onyari, both of P.O. Box 650–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Onyari Omwoyo alias Willison Onyari, who died at Nyamira Maternity and Nursing Home, on 15th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2024 By (1) Zablon Riro Orina and (2) Gladys Kwamboka Riro, both of P.O. Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosaria Kemunto Riro alias Rosario Kemunto Riro, who died at Mwambosire, on 9th December, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
