TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 378 OF 2023 By Mary Kerubo Omwega, of P.O. Box 2738–40100, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Omwega Mosoti, who died at Township Location, on 28th February, 2020. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Otiso Nyang’au and (2) Robert Orina Nyamota, both of P.O. Box 4131–40100, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carren Stella Otiso, who died on 1st April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
