TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2023 By Joel Kipkoech Kirwa, of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kirwa Cherwon, late of Ndaptabwa, who died there on 9th October, 2004. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By Julius Kipkosgei Yator, of P.O. Box 771–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Cherono, who died at Meswo, on 9th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
