TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By (1) Pamela Achieng Oduor and (2) Evans Otieno Omondi, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sirfina Awino Owiro, who died at Koyeyo, on 15th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Christopher Achar and (2) George Samuel Achar, both of P.O. Box 84660–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phoebe Ogumbo, who died at Timbwani, on 20th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
