TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Peter Mwikamba Maimbu, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will of Paulina Lelikoo, who died at Samburu, Isiolo, on 25th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
