E152 OF 2021 By (1) Rebecca Nairishu Kayior and (2) Faith Tumpeyo Kayior, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kayior Apureti, who died at Enkirgirri, on 1st February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By Rael Jemurgor Morong, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Kiprono Tarus, who died at Kitengela, on 24th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
