TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Teresia Wairimu Mwaura, (2) Jane Wambui Mungai and (3) Rose Wanjiku James, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Gitau, who died at Ngong Township, on 9th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Titikei ene Lepunyua, of P.O. Box 152–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tatio Moiko Punyua alias Tatio ole Punyua, who died at Inkiushin, on 20th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
