TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By (1) Peris Magoma Mayaka and (2) Amos Nyangwono Mayaka, both of P.O. Box 30429, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mayaka Bariso, who died on 9th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Julius Kiilu Kameo, of P.O. Box 40, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeto Nthale Muthengi, who died on 15th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
