E48 OF 2022 By Joshua Mulonzia Maluli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maluli Mbau alias Maluki Mbau alias Mbau Maluki, who died at Ithumbi Sub-location, on 18th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By Kamengi Munyoki, of P.O. Box 1–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzili Munyoki, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 24th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Janet Ndungali Kwali, (2) Titus Mutinda Nduso and (3) Keneth Muema Nduso, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Nduso Kikombelo alias Nduso Kikombelo, who died at Kikiini Sub-location, on 1st June, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
