TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By (1) David Mwaniki Mbogo and (2) John Muriithi Junius, both of P.O. Box 709, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ireri Mbogo alias Patrick Ireri S. Mbogo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
