TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By Simon Mwangi Wachira, of P.O. Box 80–20302, Oljoro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson Wachira Thuita, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Waithira Maina, (2) Damaris Waithira Maina and (3) Willy Mwangi Maina, all of P.O. Box 267, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Maina Mwangi, who died on 26th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2024 By (1) Anne Wanjira Theah and (2) Emily Wambui Kung’u, both of P.O. Box 276, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Mureithi Theah, who died at Kiamunyi, Nakuru, on 22nd December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
