TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2023 By (1) Lois Nyambura Ngare, (2) Victor Macharia Ngare Kariati and (3) Catherine Wanjiku Ngare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milcah Nyokabi Ngari, who died at Naidu Hospital in Kenya, on 25th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By (1) Christopher Gitau Mwangi and (2) Agnes Wanjiku Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiru Gitau, who died at Kisii Estate, Muthaiga, on 24th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
