Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mbugua Mungai, who died at Ndenderu, Ruaka, on 3rd May, 2024. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Nganga Njuguna and (2) Michael Gachinga Mugo, both of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Gachinga Mugo, who died at Muchatha, Kiambaa, on 9th April, 2022.
