TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 173 OF 2023 By (1) Cloudia Chesang Ndiwa and (2) Nancy Chepchumba Chemuok, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Chemuok Kipsigor, who died at Eldoret East, on 3rd January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Margaret Wanjiru Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 77, Moi’s Bridge in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Mwaura Murani, who died on 21st February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
