TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E340 OF 2024 By Henry Njihia Githinji, of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githenji Ndirangu alias Githinji Ndirangu, who died at Lusiru, on 16th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E346 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Gitau Njenga and (2) Hannah Njoki Njenga, both of P.O. Box 408, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Ndiru, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
