TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E329 OF 2024 By (1) Nahashon Muiruri Kamau, (2) Joseph Njuguna Muiru and (3) Zacharia Chege Wamboi, all of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kamau Mwangi, who died at London, Nakuru, on 16th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
