TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By (1) John Njehia Mwenjera Wanjohi and (2) Ann Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 112, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphine Nyambura Gathu alias Josephine Nyambura Gathuru, who died at Ndimu Sub-location, on 31st July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2024 By Erick Kiptanui Malel, of P.O. Box 12, Rongai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Tabarno Kimalel, who died at Nakuru Nursing Home, on 7th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
