TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Lewis Arasa Nyandwaro and (2) Sammy Obuchi Nyandwaro, both of P.O. Box 88381–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobingi Osborne Nyandwaro, who died at Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) Kadzo Kenga Charo and (2) Shaka Kenga Charo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Charo Masha alias Chengo Charo Masha, who died at Kilifi Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 1995. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By (1) Urunzi Ngome Urunzi, (2) Omar Chupe Mwangonde and (3) Ramadhani Bengome Bekupha, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngome Urunzi Ngome, who died at Mazeras, Mgumo wa Pasta, on 23rd October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2024 By (1) Urunzi Ngome Urunzi, (2) Omar Chupe Mwangonde and (3) Ramadhani Bengome Bekupha, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangonde Pekeye Ngome, who died at Mgumo wa Pasta, on 11th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2024 By (1) Urunzi Ngome Urunzi, (2) Omar Chupe Mwangonde and (3) Ramadhani Bengome Bekupha, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsomwarabu Bekupu Bengome, who died at Mgumo wa Pasta, on 2nd August, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
