TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) David Kipkemoi Tonui, (2) Jane Cherotich Tonui and (3) Henry Kipkurui Tonui, all of P.O. Box 34–20200, Kabianga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui arap Cheboterik, who died at Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By Richard Kipketer Sang, of P.O. Box 455–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Kipsang Misoi alias Kipsang arap Misoi, who died at Kipkoiyan, on 17th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
