APPROVAL

PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 41(4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, and in compliance with other relevant legislations and regulations, notice given that on the 29th day of May 2024, the County Assembly of Migori approved the above-mentioned Plan. Certified copies of the same are available at the offices of the County Director of Physical Planning based at the Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development offices in Migori town and Sub-County headquarters in all Sub-Counties.
