REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Oremo Nyamwaya (deceased), of P.O. Box 256, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as C. Karachuonyo/Konyango/2850, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo North, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Homa Bay in Succession Cause No. 821 of 2015, has issued grant in favour of (1) Domtila Auma Oremo and (2) Consolata Juma Oremo, both of P.O. Box 256, Oyugis in Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece is lost and cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and issue a land title deed to (1) Domtila Auma Oremo and (2) Consolata Juma Oremo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Michael Oremo Nyamwaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
