THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Ndombi Makutwa alias Ndombi Makutwa alias Ndiombi Makutwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.2 acres or thereabout, known as West Bunyore/Emusire/621, situate in the district of Emuhaya, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. 303 of 2022, has issued letters of administration in favour of Charles Sande Ndombi, and whereas the said Charles Sande Ndombi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Charles Sande Ndombi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Jackson Ndombi Makutwa alias Ndombi Makutwa alias Ndombi Makutwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
