REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Salbrig Limited, of P.O. Box 57792–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 209/21070, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area by virtue of a certificate of title registeredas I.R. 182176/1, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Insolvency petition No. E17 of 2023 has appointed Philip Ibrahim Onyango as the liquidator of the within written company and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
