REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Mwangi Mucheru, of P.O. Box 80744–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.1237 hectare or thereabouts, known as subdivision No. 1292/VI/MN, registered under title deed No. C.R. 11070, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
