TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By (1) Laila Rupani and (2) Aleena Rupani, both of P.O. Box 102– 00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will and the last testament to the estate of Idris Mohamed Rupani, who died at Nairobi, on 21st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By Muhammed Abdillahi Shaiya, of P.O. Box 840–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ismail Abdillahi Shaiye, who died at Nairobi, on 7th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
