TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2024 By Fredrick Mwangangi Nduu, of P.O. Box 52–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduu Musembi, who died at Molo Town, on 3rd July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By (1) Bonface Nzomo and (2) Stephen Mwangi Muia, both of P.O. Box 52–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Muia Mutee, who died at Mananja, on 3rd September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
