TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 253 OF 2024 By Lortony Ayuya Ligongolo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Ndeda Munadori alias Absalom Ndeda Munadoli, who died at Lusiola Sub- location, on 8th August, 2012. CAUSE NO E254 OF 2024 By Edward Ukiru Mwanzi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorika Mideva Mwanzi, who died at Munoywa Sub-location, on 4th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
