CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2024 By Isaac Wamugi Njau, of P.O. Box 223–00900, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njau Muthendu alias Njau Muthendu A, who died at Githunguri, Kahunira, on 22nd November, 2000.
