TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By Eliud Wafula Manasseh, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manase Wele Walela alias Welle Walela, who died on 14th February, 1974. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) James Wafula Murunga, (2) David Ndieira Murunga, (3) Christopher Mwenya Murunga and (4) Daniel Simiyu Murunga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Murunga Makasi alias Stephen Murunga, who died on 16th April, 1968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
