TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E397 OF 2023 By Safania Uhuru Keya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Amendi Lukasa, who died at Wodanga, on 21st May, 2014. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2024 By Caleb Litiema Omutelema, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omutelema Khakobi alias Rasto Omutelema Khakobi, who died at Ematsuli Sub-location, on 11th August, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
