TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By Danvas Marube Osogo, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Osogo Sereti alias Shadrak Osogo Sereti, who died at Nyoera Sub-location, on 22nd October, 1993. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024 By (1) ole Moi Benson Nuntai and (2) Naidongoi Otieno ole Meli, both of P.O. Box 1–40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lesereta Ntuntai Kortom, who died at Nakuyiana, on 19th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By (1) ole Moi Benson Nuntai and (2) Naidongoi Otieno ole Meli, both of P.O. Box 1–40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sana ole Kiseni ole Kiptino, who died at Nakuyiana, on 20th July, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
