TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Geoffrey Kiio and (2) Immaculate Ndinda Munywoki, both of P.O. Box 378–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Munywoki Muli, who died at Kai, on 17th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
