TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2024 By (1) Mututo Kimanthi and (2) Patrick Mang’oli Kimanthi, both of P.O. Box 1, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimanthi Ndunda alias Kimanthi Ndunda Kathome, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2006. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Masua Masika and (2) Anastasia Nduku Nzioka, both of P.O. Box 54, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Maithya Masika, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya, on 15th January, 2001. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By Mutunga Muoka Mbandi, of P.O. Box 154–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muoka Kasavwili Mutuli alias Mwoka Kasavwili Mutui, who died at Mbanya Sub-location, on 16th August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
